Gorilla Girl Born at Animal Kingdom

The western lowland gorilla family group at the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail welcomed its newest member last month. Lilly, the first gorilla born at the Animal Kingdom in over ten years, was born on February 19 to Kashata and Gino.

Baby Boy Gibbon Born at Animal Kingdom

For the fourth time since its founding, Disney's Animal Kingdom® has welcomed a new member to the family of white-cheeked gibbons that live in Asia. A baby male was born on February 2 to Melaka, the mother of the family that also includes two daughters, Suki and Tuyen.

Disney Names New Animal Kingdom VP - again!

Just six months into the job, Kevin Lansberry is out as Vice President in charge of Animal Kingdom. Lansberry will be replace by Michael Colglazier, who had been in business development and strategic planning.
